You are about the make a decision that will last you for years, possibly decades. We have all the tools and samples to help make your decision well educated and easy.
Do I have to install it myself?
We have professional installers with as much as three decades of experience. You could install it yourself if you want to, but why get dirty? Let us do the job.
Can I measure it myself and order with you?
Yes you can. We'll even tell you how you have to measure to make it fit properly. However, we would be happy to do all the work for you at no extra cost. Any measurements taken by the customer are the customer's responsibility.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all the major credit cards, Zelle as well as personal checks.
What is the return policy?
All of our shower doors and mirrors are custom made to fit your particular needs. Anything custom cannot be returned. If you do the measuring yourself, measure carefully. We are not liable for incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer.
How long until I get my shower door installed?
It depends on product. It could be as little as 1 day for products we manufacture or stock. Any custom glass usually needs to be tempered and has to go through a heating and cooling process that is not on our premises. We usually let you know about 2-3 weeks, often we get the glass in as little as 5 business days. After careful inspection if there is any imperfection we will remake the panel and make sure you get the best quality product.
How do I clean Glass/Mirrors
We use CRL Glass cleaner for everyday use. We have it available at our store or you can find the link to Amazon on our shopping page. For tougher stains and water spots we recommend BioClean, also from CRL.
Can I use Chlorox or other caustic cleaner
No, you should not. Not only is it not good and damaging for our high quality 100% pure silicone and seals, but it will also damage your tile and especially grout. Do NOT use caustic cleaners if you value your investment. If you need to clean a Bio Harazd inside your shower you should use 3% Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 10-15 minutes and then rinse. If any smells persist, use baking soda over there area and scrub, rinse, repeat. If any human excrements need to be removed, thats when you break out the Chlorox and only clean the floor area. Keep Clorox off walls, glass and silicone or seals. Keep in mind that Chlorox will damage your grout and after cleaning and drying your great should be resealed and silicone should be properly rinsed. If resealing is needed please reach out to us for consultation or an appointment.
